What this is

You’re in the thick of it.
That’s exactly where we’ll meet you.

The Fourth Trimester Support Group is a guided, welcoming space for moms navigating the first three months postpartum – a season that deserves as much support, attention, and community as pregnancy itself.

Come with your baby. Come with your questions, your emotions, your messy moments. Come exhausted, uncertain, in love, overwhelmed – all of it is welcome here. You deserve a space that holds you too, not just the little one you’re already holding.

The series

Six sessions. Real answers.
Genuine community.

Each week, doula Tristen and a circle of peripartum health professionals gather with you for sessions centered around the real experience of the fourth trimester – the physical recovery, the feeding, the sleep, the identity shift, and everything in between.

This is a space to ask the questions you’ve been too tired to Google, to say out loud what has been sitting with you, and to be met by women who understand because they are in it, right now, alongside you.

You’re not alone in this specific season

The postpartum period is isolating in a way that’s hard to explain to people who aren’t in it. A room of moms who are all 0–3 months out means every question, every emotion, every hard moment lands with recognition instead of polite sympathy.

Answers from people who understand

Doula Tristen and peripartum health professionals bring real clinical and practical knowledge but in a circle, not a consultation. You get the answers without the sterile appointment energy, and you can hear what other moms are asking too.

Your baby is part of the experience

Most “support” requires arranging childcare. Coming with your baby means no logistical barrier and no separation anxiety layered on top of everything else the group is designed around the reality of having a newborn with you.

Your guides

Led by doula Tristen,
with peripartum specialists.

Tristen is a doula with a deep commitment to holding new mothers through the fourth trimester, not just as a transition, but as a full season of its own that deserves real support and real community. Joined each week by peripartum health professionals, the group brings expert knowledge alongside genuine human connection.

Motherhood was never
meant to be done alone.

Spots are limited. First session Friday, September 18th at 11:00 AM.
Babies are welcome and encouraged.
