What will happen at my first visit?

This can include a thorough discussion of your symptoms and history, a postural assessment, a strength and range of motion screen, a pelvic floor external and likely internal exam, and a discussion of your treatment plan and home exercise program.

What is the difference between a physical therapy appointment and a fitness consultation?
