What should I wear?

What will happen at my first visit?

Your first and each visit thereafter will be a one on one therapy session. Your first visit will be 60 minutes. Each treatment after that will be 45 minutes. This can include a thorough discussion of your symptoms and history, a postural assessment, a strength and range of motion screen, a pelvic floor external and likely internal exam, and a discussion of your treatment plan and home exercise program.

What is the difference between a physical therapy appointment and a fitness consultation?

A fitness consultation is guided and supervised exercise session following ACOG recommendations for exercising while pregnant while also taking into account the changing aspects of a pregnant person’s body.
